4. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide workmanship warranties on our installations as specified in your service agreement. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. We will assist you with warranty claims, but manufacturer warranties are administered by the product manufacturers.

Our warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or modifications made by others. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.

5. Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring all utilities are marked before we begin. You must remove any valuable or fragile items from the work area. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or items left in the work area.

If we encounter unexpected site conditions that require additional work, we will discuss these with you before proceeding. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may result in material charges. Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already commenced or materials have been purchased.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any schedule changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEX Palm Coast Artificial Grass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
